This policy prohibits misuse of Make Crazy Frog AI's photo-to-AI-video service, including input photos, synthetic subjects, optional soundtrack and sharing finished videos.

Scope, lawful use, and third-party rights
Do not use Make Crazy Frog AI to violate applicable law or another person's privacy, publicity, safety, intellectual-property, or other rights. You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for submitted material and requested uses.
Adult / sexual / NSFW content
Do not use Make Crazy Frog AI to create, request, upload, transform, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited NSFW content. The service is not an adult-content generation service.
Violence and gore
Do not use the service to create prohibited graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, severe injury glorification, or material that substantially assists or praises real-world violent abuse.
Hate and harassment
Do not create hateful content or material that attacks, dehumanizes, or threatens people based on protected characteristics, encourages discrimination or violence, or substantially facilitates targeted harassment.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
Do not create, request, upload, transform, or distribute child sexual abuse material or other sexualized, exploitative, grooming, or child-unsafe content. Attempts to sexualize a person represented as a minor are prohibited.
Deepfakes, impersonation, and deceptive real-person use
Do not upload a real person's portrait without the necessary permission or create non-consensual, deceptive or harmful synthetic likenesses. Do not impersonate someone, fabricate an endorsement, mislead viewers about real statements or actions, commit identity fraud, or deliberately present an AI-generated performance as authentic footage when that would deceive others.
Copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights
Do not upload or distribute photos, logos, music, characters or finished videos in ways that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. Any configured soundtrack is part of the finished video experience, not a separate music license. Obtain additional permissions for commercial publication, advertising or redistribution where needed.
Fraud, malicious activity, and platform abuse
Do not use the service for scams, phishing, deceptive commercial activity, doxxing, unlawful defamation, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, abuse automation, attempts to bypass safety or access controls, or activity designed to harm Make Crazy Frog AI, its users, or others.
Safety measures
Make Crazy Frog AI may use automated and other safety measures to help identify and prevent prohibited content and misuse. We may block or restrict requests or content when appropriate. Safety measures may not detect every violation.
Reporting
If you believe the service is being used in violation of this policy, report it to support@makecrazyfrogai.app. Include a relevant page link or generation/task ID (if available), a description of the concern, and supporting details. Do not send payment credentials or unrelated personal data. We will acknowledge reports within 2 business days of receipt and aim to review them and communicate an outcome within 5 business days. Depending on the findings, we may take the actions described in Section 11, or determine that no action is warranted. If an investigation requires longer, we will send a status update within the first 5 business days and at least every 5 business days thereafter until an outcome is communicated. Credible reports involving immediate threats or child safety are prioritized for urgent review. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our support operations.
Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, we may refuse or restrict requests or content, limit features, suspend access, revoke entitlements where appropriate, or terminate accounts to enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with applicable requirements.
Appeals, changes, and contact
If you believe a safety decision or account action was made in error, contact support@makecrazyfrogai.app with the relevant account or generation reference (if available) and the reason for your appeal. We will acknowledge appeals within 2 business days and aim to communicate an appeal decision within 10 business days. If further investigation is needed, we will explain the delay and provide a status update at least every 5 business days until a decision is communicated. We may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision. This policy may change as the product or applicable requirements evolve.
