These Terms govern your use of Make Crazy Frog AI, a focused AI video-generation service. By using the service, you also agree to the linked Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Digital Delivery Policy where applicable.

Service scope
Make Crazy Frog AI uses the Seedance 2.5 AI video generation model to create personalized invisible-motorcycle chase videos from photos you have permission to use. Solo mode uses one photo, and duo mode uses two photos. A licensed soundtrack may be included where available. AI results can vary in movement, appearance and timing, and we do not guarantee an exact recreation of any example.
Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who have reached legal age where they live. You are responsible for your account and for providing a portrait you are authorized to use, including any necessary permission from the person depicted. You may not use another person's likeness deceptively or for an unauthorized endorsement. We do not grant rights you do not already hold in third-party images, persons, recordings or music.
Accounts, eligibility, your content, and rights
You retain the rights you hold in images you provide and grant Make Crazy Frog AI and its necessary service providers a limited permission to process them to fulfill your requested generation, deliver the result, protect the service and resolve support matters. You are responsible for permissions for faces, brands and any use of the finished video. Our service is independent and does not imply official affiliation with, or endorsement by, people, artists or brands referenced by internet trends.
Video packs and payment
We offer three one-time packs: Starter, 1 video for $6.99; Creator, 3 videos for $17.99; and Studio, 5 videos for $24.99. Each generation uses one purchased video. Unused purchased videos do not expire. There is no subscription, monthly fee or automatic renewal. Purchased videos are not cash and cannot be withdrawn as money. The final price and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Acceptable use and content safety
Do not use Make Crazy Frog AI for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, rights-infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious activity. Additional content rules apply when an Acceptable Use Policy is enabled for the product.
AI outputs and third-party services
AI-generated videos may vary in facial resemblance, movement, hands or timing. Check your video before sharing. Your use of a finished video, including any soundtrack, must comply with copyright, likeness and platform rules. Buying a video pack does not grant separate music, commercial-use or third-party endorsement rights. Contact support about seriously unusable results under our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
Checkout and payment confirmation
You enter checkout only when you choose a pack and continue to payment. Waffo or its payment partners process the transaction under their applicable terms. Purchased videos are made available after payment is confirmed. Signing in, opening checkout or returning from payment does not automatically start a generation. Contact support@makecrazyfrogai.app about duplicate or incorrect charges.
Digital delivery
We deliver digital videos, not physical goods. After payment is confirmed, your purchased videos are available in your guest session or signed-in account. You decide when to press Generate; each generation uses one purchased video. Completed videos are available for private preview, MP4 download and recent history for the stated retention period. Where available, licensed audio may be added to the video. For failures or delivery problems, see our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy.
Refund and cancellation terms
See our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy for duplicate or incorrect charges, missing purchased videos, failed generations or seriously unusable results. When a generation definitively fails, the video used for that attempt is restored. We review serious delivery problems based on the relevant order and video details. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability, changes, and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may depend on third-party models, APIs, networks, or infrastructure. We may reasonably change, suspend, replace, or remove features. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
